Who may use this Site?

This Site may be used by Ford customers (“Eligible Customer”) who have been offered a gesture of goodwill (“Ford Goodwill Gesture”) by a Ford customer services representative. Eligible Customers who have been offered a Ford Goodwill Gesture will be granted access to log into this Site. This Site may be used by Eligible Customers only for the purposes of:

Ford Goodwill Gesture Help & Support

Ford Goodwill Gesture

Your Ford Goodwill Gesture has been provided on a goodwill basis only, without any admission of liability.

A Ford Goodwill Gesture in affiliation with this Site will be supplied to an eligible customer who resides only in the following countries:

United Kingdom (“UK”)
Republic of Ireland (“ROI”)
Italy
France
Spain
Portugal
Norway
Denmark
Finland

The type of Goodwill Gesture offered will vary depending on the customers’ country of residence based on considerations of 3rd party services that are widespread and available in certain countries.

Residents from Italy will have the option of:
• An Electronic Funds Transfer Payment (“EFT” or “SEPA” payment)
• Amazon.it eGift Card

Residents from France will have the option of:
• An Electronic Funds Transfer Payment (“EFT” or “SEPA” payment)
• Amazon.fr eGift Card

Residents from Spain will have the option of:
• An Electronic Funds Transfer Payment (“EFT” or “SEPA” payment)
• Amazon.es eGift Card

Residents from Portugal will have the option of:
• An Electronic Funds Transfer Payment (“EFT” or “SEPA” payment)
• Amazon.es eGift Card

Residents from the United Kingdom will have the option of:
• An electronic funds transfer payment (“EFT”) in the form of BACs payment
• Amazon.co.uk eGift Card

Residents from the Republic of Ireland will have the option of:
• An electronic funds transfer payment (“EFT”) in the form of a SEPA international payment
• Amazon.co.uk eGift Card

Residents from Finland, Norway or Denmark will have the option of:
• An Electronic Funds Transfer Payment (“EFT”)
• HotelsGift eGift Card

From the 24th June 2021 to 18th February 2022, Eligible Customers residing in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland were offered a prepaid Mastercard as the sole Goodwill Gesture. There will strictly no longer be the option to receive a prepaid Mastercard Goodwill Gesture from X date. Eligible Customers who have already been issued a prepaid Mastercard Goodwill Gesture will remain unaffected and may continue to use their prepaid Mastercard Goodwill Gesture and no alternative will be offered.

If you have been issued a Ford Goodwill prepaid Mastercard between 24th June 2021 and 18th February 2022, this will remain valid for purchases made by the expiry date detailed and printed on your physical Ford Goodwill Card. This date is 3 years from the date your Ford Goodwill Card is printed by Mastercard and strictly cannot be extended beyond its expiry date. Any unused funds after this date will be rescinded and can no longer be accessed.

Your Ford Goodwill eGift Gesture will remain valid for purchases made by the expiry date detailed when your Gesture is issued to you and strictly cannot be extended beyond its expiry date. Any unused funds after this date will be rescinded and can no longer be accessed.

No purchase or usage expiry date is applied to the Ford Goodwill EFT payment.

There is no cash alternative or alternative Gesture. Your Ford Goodwill Gesture is personal to you and is non-transferable. No replacement will be provided if lost or stolen.

The total value of your Ford Goodwill Gesture will be determined by Ford and Ford will confirm the total value to you by email. If the balance of your Ford Goodwill Gesture is less than a planned purchase price, you will be required to settle the difference using your own or other funds.

Ford Goodwill Gesture by you is prohibited. We reserve the right to change or withdraw the Ford Goodwill Gesture at any time where the Ford Goodwill Gesture has been used to make any false or fraudulent purposes.

Your Goodwill Gesture comes with its own Terms and Conditions in addition to these Terms and Conditions. The Goodwill Gesture Terms and Conditions are set by the individual supplier and the respective issuing bank for prepaid Mastercard issuances. These can be found here.

If any of these Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms are intended to be effective, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause. All other Terms of Use and Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Ford and MLP reserves the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must stop using this Site immediately.
